Wayne Ryan
is an accomplished, dedicated real estate professional,
consistently ranking in the
top 10% of all Vancouver Realtors. Prior
to his real estate licensing in the mid eighties, Wayne
was employed with the former Hong Kong Bank of Canada,
where he developed an extensive mortgage and lending background.
In addition to an active
sales career, Wayne has made the time to give back to
his industry. He is the past President
of the Westside Real Estate Division,
serving over 2000 members, and a past Director of the
Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, which serves
over 8000 members.
When not selling real estate,
together with his wife Zoey, Wayne is busy raising his
3 daughters Kaitlin, Savanna, and Delaney. All three
are actively involved in a variety of sports and academic
pursuits. Wayne's personal interests include sailing,
tennis & golf.
